Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) for Lasting Recovery

Evolve’s Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers intensive addiction treatment with the comfort and flexibility of residing at your home or in a sober living community. PHP programs can serve as the start of treatment for people already medically and psychologically stabilized or can be a step down after discharge from a residential facility. PHP programs can also be combined with our medication-assisted treatment (MAT) programs.

What is a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)?

Our PHP programs include a full day of programming at an Evolve rehab facility. Patients participate in individual counseling and group therapy sessions, recovery meetings, and creative and wellness activities. Periodic evaluations and screenings may also be conducted throughout the program’s duration. PHP can also be combined with our medication-assisted treatment (MAT) programs.
